ACA Open House

This event is open to anyone from experienced tournament chess players to families and individuals curious to find out more about the game of chess and what our club has to offer. The Chess Club of Fairfield County is unique and is one of only a handful of facilities (4,000 square feet) dedicated solely to chess in the entire country. First time visitors will receive a tour, free advice/evaluation for study from our staff, and a coupon for a free 30 minute private lesson with a chess master! Chess players used to playing online or in tournaments are welcome to come for casual play against other chess enthusiasts. Chess Club is hosting an open house! There will be a basics of chess presentation followed by a Q and A session. A chess exhibition will conclude the event. Come by to learn and observe or even join in on the fun!
